FME (palatal expanders) to change the eye region contour/tilt

palatal expanders like FME and Marpe go all the way up your entire mid face changing you orbital contour FME usually makes you cantal tilt go up while MARPE is down as you can see in this before and after photo of Dr. Newaz's FME.
LITERAL OBOlite RESULTS. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cBkitjdq9uw&t=7554s Time stamp 2:06:40 This could give you more canny results than a canthoplasty. (THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE CONSULT LICENSED PROFESS.

Greys making high quality posts :owo:, I’ve sent this gif many times; you can see watch the orbitals spread annd rotate with expansion.

The issue is you can run into Unilateral Infraorbital Nerve Neuropathy if over expanded, and as you get older the change tends to be less dramatic.

literally came up with this idea right when the video came out and took the screen shot myself.

Bro I saw this too but why wouldn't MARPE work like fme

Marpe has less structural integrity when you expand the device starts to develop a downward contour, while the fme is stable and stays neutral which promotes positive periorbital contour. but it depends on the model, provider, and how it was installed (this isn't medical advice consult a licensed professional).
