surgery no other way, go for implants first then soft tissue work

Can’t do too much abt canthal tilt, you have good eyelashes but they stick down and make ur canthal tilt look worse. Definitely start curling them and that’ll help. Other than that, your best bet would be canthus cutting but that’s up to you to weight out the pros and cons.
