How to fix facial assymetry in my case?

Is there anything that i can do to fix this assymetry? Any hardmax? Even the hair is chopped on the right side lol

The tiniest amount of masseter Botox on the right side of your face in the first picture, although it's unideal to have smaller masseters. If you really want a solution.

So i have bigger masseters on the right side? The side with acne i mean

I don't see any acne, but the RIGHT side of your face in the FIRST picture.

preciate it, i think i wouldnt get bimax in the future but genio is a good idea also rhino, can they move my chin to the right and make it symmetrical with genio?
 
personally not a fan of that approach since the asymmetry is in the whole mandible and changing the chin alone just camouflages it. i d rather have it in an asymmetrical position than in a frankensteinish asymmetrical position if that makes sense.
