How to fix facial fat asymmetry ??

my right bucal fat pad holds significantly more fat than my left . Shits so cooked , the actual bone structure is only slightly asymmetrical well within reason but the fat pads in my cheecks are so different to one another . As I get leaner it only gets worse since my left has leaned out significantly more and as I keep losing fat it only makes it look more uncanny , I have to bite like my whole right cheek in just for it to look like similar. Obviously fat dissolver like aqua is water solution but it’s just so peak idk what else there is to do

I know man it’s just so frustrating all that effort just for one side to look like the other does naturally
