How to fix facial scar with surgery?

I have a medium sized scar right next to my eye. It's about the same size as the eraser on a pencil. In person it looks like someone burned a cigarette into my face, either that or a pimple that didn't heal right. I got it when I was 6 years old I essentially cut a mole out of my face and didn't let it heal. I want surgery to remove it, but what surgery can I do? I don't want it to look worse than it does, I'm fine with having a line scar there, just the crater scar looking weird and nobody knows how I got it. If it's a line it might look badass even and less gay. Any tips bromaxxers?

I'll try it. I would honestly much prefer to even have a scar with stitches on my face, line scars look way more rough and tough than a weird crater. Basically if I have a facial scar, I want it to look like I got it in a fight, not from being 6 years old with body dismorphia disorder jfl. Thank you for your response bro.

Since the scar is so old, anything to get rid of it is going to be (relatively) invasive. Go and see a damn good aesthetician or cosmetic dermatologist and see what they can do.

Damn...I didn't realize that old scars are harder to heal than new ones. Yeah, it didn't used to be this big either. I've had it for so long I guess it grew proportionate to the growing of my face and head. I might just leave it alone and say fuck it, it's kinda deep too. I was a little kid with no parents around when I did it so I pretty much had child logic when doing it. Fuck me man, oh well.

The scar isn’t effecting ur looks at all. Your skin overall looks not ideal to begin with, even notwithstanding the scar, work on that first
