Sleep a lot and try being as healthy as possible overall.
Unfortunately there isn't really a cure but if you think you're cognitively capable enough I advice considering self-experimentation
And obviously yk the cardiovascular and vascular monitoring/optimization, don't take alcohol or heavy drugs smoking etc.
