I used to suck in my fat ass stomach when I was ltn now I’m stuck with a rib cage that pokes out
 
its because you sit hella and your core is weak maybe start hitting the gym

Idk my core has always been naturally strong and I go gym I’m wondering if it’s something to do with posture
