whats ur ethnicity? if ur asian you may have to come to terms with ur genetic predispositions. if ur white or ethnic, recession is usually caused by bad habits during puberty

still during puberty and im mouith breathin during sleep

i had this issue too, tape ur mouth or tie ur jaw around ur head with a cloth or longsleeve shirt at night, hard mew as often as you can. this wont fix recession fully but might get u a couple mm of development depending how much puberty you have left
