How to fix flat nose

I have a flat nose and a flat nose bridge because of my ethnic genetics. My maxilla is not recessed though, how do I make my nose appear pointier and taller and skinnier?

What's up bro, you can use these;

• No surgery;
• hydrocortisone, to slim the nose a bit
• and PDO threads, to make it pointier and more upturned
• possibly filler if you're crazy
• Surgery;
• Rhinoplasty or alar base reduction
