How to fix forward head?

My posture is so shit, I can't even put my arms on the wall while my back and head is against it. My upper back muscles are so weak, I get neck pain.
What stretches should I do? Neck curls? If so how often?

You can't fix the problem with one exercise. You need to force yourself to sit upright and then do stretches for anterior pelvic tilt and your neck. This should fix the issue over time.

You can find these all on YouTube. My point is, that it is usually a structural and habitual issue.
