How to fix framemin from a long neck

My frame is quite good, dont know my exact bidelt but the waist is a smooth 25.5-26 inches yet i dont look out of this world because my huge ass neck kinda pulls my traps up a bit and generally makes my frame look narrower than it should. When i move my head down it makes my frame look 10x more impressive, any semi-fixes to take more attention away from the neck or is it over

Botox, Cheap, can DIY, make's anybody's frame infinite time's better.
Look up result's of trap-tox, or even look at Orb's frame, lower trapezium muscle's make the frame stand out.

having a big neck is a good sign of high t and is great for dimorphism, plus it makes ur face look better.
