How to fix frizzy hair?

I've literally had frizzy and dry hair for as long as i can remember and i want to know how can i fix it.
I have wavy hair btw.

I use shampoo (every 2-3 days) and conditioner for my hair, yet the conditioner doesn't seem to fix anything whatsoever.

If anyone had frizzy hair - what did y'all do to fix it?

Any tips would be appreciated, thanks.

And also find your porosity,thickness,density and use correct products for your hair with a leave in

I've tried many different products yet i just cant find one that's for my hair. I will try a leave in now tho.

Try using it every 5 days and see if anything improves, your hair needs time to restore its natural oils.

Leave in and a hair oil after there drying fixed mine

Argon oil or any oil. Put it into your hair and then wash it out with shampoo (@eyezen said argon oil after washing your hair)
but for me the big game changer was a leave in curl conditioner that you apply on your wet hair and shit hydrates it good

15-30 minutes as long as you want, doesnt really matter but atleast 10 minutes ig
