This is my only ratio that’s fucked up.
Should I get a chin implant downgraft in order to make my face longer? Or do I literally need a bimax

You can’t fix FWHR directly, yhe only way is by adding vertical height, A chin implant helps a bit if your lower third is actually short, but real changes come from bimax/downgraft if the issue is skeletal, Get ceph scans from an ortho/maxfac first so you know what part is actually deficient
