every one of youse who've trained and lifted like your life depended on it every single session know how it feels to walk out the gym feeling like absolute shit and not in a good way, you feel lethargic and tired, not even rewarded.
it's often because of a fried cns and/or glycogen depletion.
I take tadalafil 5mg so cns isnt my concern, my concern is my glycogen reserves which deplete faster than Peter Griffin swallowing a whole table of food enough to feed a family.
what specifically ORALS could I take to keep my glycogen reserves high without it affecting the intensity of my training?
