How to fix gonial angle and Remus

I have a horrible gonial angle and Remus. It completely ruins my jaw. I would look so much better from the front and side if it was normal. Do I need surgery or is there any other fixes. If so, would it be a bone surgery or implants

you can fix your mandibular plane angle through bimax and get a better ramus through implants. Every case is different of course.
