I think I got a gum graft but I’m only 16, what can I do, I brushed my teeth with a coconut oil and salt and baking soda mixture and my mom hypothesizes that is what caused the gum recession so I bought nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste and dental floss, I read somewhere that a vitamin c deficiency also may cause this so I am going to buy supplements today but what can I do and let me know, they hurt and bleed almost everytime I brush or floss

I'd stop the DIY first thing, salt + baking soda can be pretty abrasive and can damage enamel if you keep doing it. Nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste is fine but keep in mind that it won't regrow gums that have already receded.

I see the vision but you should go to a nice dentist who's focused on aesthetics rather than functionality
