How to fix having bad physique when not flexing?

Unflexed I legit look fat. Flexing I look ripped. I’m probably 14% body fat. Pretty sure this was caused by inactive lifestyle growing up+genetics. I’m going to get leaner but im scared I’ll still look fat even when lean.

Can I optimize my hormones in any way to fix this? Best way to explain it is my skin is not thick at all. It’s very flabby.

It’s kinda like Hamza’s physique. He’s jacked but un flexed he still looks chubby if that makes sense

I’m not sure but maybe it’s visceral fat ( fat around organs instead of under the skin) this kind of fat is very unhealthy tho. Other than that idk maybe try suctioning it’s when you suck you stomach in very hard for som time every day to make it look flatter when relaxed

It's not that deep, just lose weight
