How to fix having high standards?

So in the past like one year my standards have been increasing too much and for exp. my friends see a girl and say shes one of the best looking ones they have ever seen but shes like mid to me. I know when someones objectively attractive but most of the times im not impressed lol. Theres girls from time to time that i see and be like yeah thats my type and i acc like her but it doesnt happen very often and that causes me not being able to fall in love lol. Am i cooked and can i fix this

1st one cant be possible bro i get hard so easily when i have contact with women, kissing, grabbing even a hug with a hot girl gets me hard lol.
2nd i started nofap not too long ago hoping it will help, but next to these things i think its just that my ego is too big in a bad way, like i see a pretty girl my mind instantly tells me ur better than her shes not worth the approach, i love approaching women tho its not a problem for me
