how to fix high inhib and nd

how do I fix my high inhib and potential autistic like behaviors and nd ness. Its life ruining, especially when it comes to romance as hard as it already is today at 18 almost 19 years old and I feel like im mentally a child still. Ive considered roping so may times and have cried to myself every few nights thinking about how shitty my life is. My own dad basically got mad and called me the other day and Ive realized he is kinda right. I can't even blame him, I would hate to have myself as a son.
