Start boxing and try and take a lot of uppercuts from below your chin

do hyoid raising excercises. you can see them by searching YouTube and tiktok and I hope you can identify which ones are cope and which aren't.

on a basic scale you can do chin ticks and neck curls which will indirectly help.
