how to fix hyperhidrosis

doctor still be on vacations but even on 20°C im sweaty asf
i don't know if its related to hyperthyroidism or just a general hyperhydrosis it just makes me feel ostracized

I had it a few years ago
On armpits
Mostly fixed itself
I also have hyperthyroidism but that’s recent and my most recent blood test showed it had improved
