My under-eye area is lighter than the rest of my face. How can I solve this?

If not vitiligo, then derma roller (0.3mm) / microneedling, in conjunction with topical 0.03% bimatoprost in morning and night and retinoic acid at night. Lasers (Fraxel, IPL, excimer) are excellent in conjunction with post-treatment bimatoprost + retin-a for hypopigmentation.
