how to fix inflamation on nose

other than cutting out slop and processed shit, is there anything else I can do? The only place my skin gets inflamed and gets spots is on my nose- everywhere else is completely fine.

accutane , ice prob but again only cause of inflammation is high sodium , seed oils and stress
