Its been very present for a couple years and its 1 of the things stopping me from ascending, I already get a good amount of sleep, any tips?

If its bone then surgery/implants are the only way but it could be skin laxity or lack of volume in the under eye in which you could use retinoids and ghk to help with the skin elasticity and dermal fillers or laser resurfacing for some dermatological procedures
