Melatonin doesn’t work I sleep like 4h a night

i used to have this problem but mostly in this generation its rare that u have insomnia its most likely because ur on ur phone too much and just chronically online. try putting ur phone away from u. what i mean by this is not on ur bed and not in ur room. if this doesnt solve ur problem u should go consult a doctor and get prescribed with some pills. look into ur diet,minimise ur screentime and u should be fine

i used to struggle wit sleep a bit but i started eating earlier in the day, not showering so late in the night, putting my phone away atleast 30 minutes before sleep, and i take ashwagandha before sleep now and i get 8+ hours of solid sleep. its just my personal experience but this has worked for me so u do u
