my inward gonions make me look bloated even when not that high body fat, my face would look much more angular without it.

so how to fix it?

Chew/implants.

Massive chewing sessions consistently can do that for u
i think 6 months should B enough but your jaw will probably look way better after 3 months
also yes chewing will make u bloated at the start but u just gotta keep chewing also chewing= insane foward growth

Nah, chewing is cope for growing a jaw. It just makes masseters bigger thus bloated. There's only a little chance that big masseters will lead to bigger bones but it would at least take couple of years when you're over 18.

chewing mainly widens your zygos it wont do that much for jaw especially over 18

Don't agree with that. I'm pretty sure there were studies which concluded male jaw grows well into 20's, but the questions is if this is even noticeable. I think chewing can improve jaw after a few years, but probably it's not worth it because of bloating and not guaranteed results.

No the jaw grows in early 20s but I don't think chewing does much

I have 12cm and 15.3cm zygos what's the ideal
You're good.

Ideally, your zygos would be a little lass wide at something like 146 - 148mm.

But that's honestly nitpicking, you're fine.

I think i would prefer slightly more bigonial width for a more angular jaw, like 5mm

That woldn't be the fix.

Lessing your zygos woud be.

I just checked, bigonial is 12.8-13 cm roughly. How to measure zygos? Highest part?

I like my zygos 😡
They're great, but objectively too wide.

Also, at 120mm bigonial. You issue is 100% your bodyfat.

Get to lean levels 10 - 12% and it'll look completely different.

gotcha. 125-126 mm
that's a child measurement. You're measuring wrong again.

do this.
feel the bone above your ramus, it's at the same height as your earlobe
put your hands on both sides at that bone
place your head down
then measure using the hands

the ratio is too high? Would make his lower third wider than the rest of his face
Yes, the proportions are off.

He either needs to widen the zygos, or narrow the jaw.

The most harminous measurements arent more than ~10mm apart.

10mm difference including soft tissue along bigonial?

No skeletally, which is basically impossible to do unless you've gotten an xray.

Including soft tissue, it's alone the lines of 14 - 20mm

so 147mm zygos and 137mm bigonial is ideal?

OK, I did it carefully now.
Bigonial: 123mm
Widest part of zygos: 135mm

this is probably closest I can without a caliper

Not those exact numbers.

I'd say something like 145mm zygos and 125mm bigonial would be the objective "perfect".

Then again, this is objective. I'm pretty much positive IRL as long as neither measurements are on the extreme ends, you're just fine.

Your zygos are on the narrower end of average, but your jaw is fine..

Depends on the cause.

Most likely just surgery.

Maybe your masseter is too big and then botox injection can help.

Anything else requires surgery.

Cut down to 10 percent bodyfat. My bigonial width is 12.4 cm and my ramus is only visible when i am sub 12 percent
