no if youre jaw pops everytime you chew or yawn etc than you have it or you can also check by placing a pinky in each of your ears and opening your jaw slowly if you feel any pain, discomfort or you just feel like somthing is popping than you have it. if you do try to avoid chewing on the side with the tmj and avoid doing anything that makes your jaw pop
