impossbile without ortho or surgery. whats even wrong with going to an ortho? sugery I get it because its a big thing and you cant do it under 18 but if your like 14-16 just go to an ortho

U can also just go to a private ortho if you have the money

the difference is that these are orthotropists, completely different training from orthodontists

Depending on how old you are if your young to prevent from more down growth keep good posture and dont mouth breath and try to eat hard foods
