Maybe it's from your constant touching on your jaw. The acne doesn't appear instantly because the bacteria germinates. Also one thing that might cause acne on your jaw is if you don't swap your pillowcase that often, because the bacteria from your face goes to your pillow and gets dirty and causes acne. Also incorrect shaving.
