How to fix jowls and smile lines

I don’t have bad smile lines there not that noticeable but I still want them gone and I have slight jowls and I don’t cheek bite so how do I get rid of them

As clavicular said its usually not a lack of fat but too much fat, you can use fat dissolver or ultrasonic cavitation to get rid of the extra cheek fat

I don’t think it’s fat because I weigh 140 and I’m pretty lean u can see in my other threads so is there anything else oh or is it cus I have deep overbite
