Fix lateral pelvic tilt by strengthening the weak side's hip abductors (side-lying leg raises, clamshells, single-leg holds) and stretching the tight side's quadratus lumborum and adductors (side bends, wide-leg forward folds, butterfly stretch)—consistency daily for 4–6 weeks with a mirror check usually resolves it without surgery.
