can anyone share their past experiences on if it got better after fixing their posture,if they did how?

bump + follow

I have the same issue.

I believe every single face assymetry is just a chain reaction, that took action somewhere else in your body. It could be your feet, could be your knees, could be your pelvis, could also be your back, your neck >> atlas vertebrae >> sphenoid, and then last but not least your skull structure, which isn't always the case btw.

So we won't fix this by just "chewing on one side and sleeping on the back", because this is classic bullshit that doesn't help in most of the cases.

You can be literally BORN with fucked up atlas vertebrae, if your doc was retarded enough to not take you out of your mother properly (a singular wrong budge and move can fuck you up later on in your life).

If you have assymetry right now, you most likely had it before as well, it didn't appear just today or a few days ago, it just took you a few glances to notice it (most likely because it just worsened)

Shit also heavily depends on what kind of assymetry you have. It's either:

1) Structural

2) Related to the way your bones grew (the only solution here is surgery)

so whats the step in fixing it? how do you decide which one you have?

There's this guy named Mr_Wallas on YouTube. This nigga is very high IQ on this SPECIFIC topic. Watch his video asap.

But besides that, i think you guys should address the pelvic tilt problem if you have any, and then see where it takes you.

Also come back later on and share you experience.

Well, take an xray. If the bones are normal and not like mutated and stuff, then your issue is structural.

Because i know some asian guy who had maxilla assymetry. His issue was that one side of his mandible was more longer than the other.

He insisted that chewing a towel will help him grow the missing bonemass there JFL.
