How to fix lips (no surgery)

From the side, my upper lip looks flatter than my bottom. This could be due to overbite but not too sure yet it’s like a 3-4 mm overbite.I also want to make my lips wider by like 5 mm. I’m also currently wearing Invisalign. Is there any way to fix both of these without surgery?
