How to fix low hanging eyelashes

I have a positive canthal tilt/ lateral commissure but my eyes look very droopy beacuse my eyelashes drag them down, (like the end of my eyelashes droop over my canthal) ive tried taking pictures but its literally impossible to see that way, in mirror its very noticable, giving the effect of a negative canthal tilt

Same ig , eyelash curling i had giga upturned eyelashes as a kid they overgrew to cut them now they downturned fuck this shit.
