how to fix lower eyelid droopiness?

I have a pretty good PCT, (7 degrees +-) however my lower eyelid is sort of droopy and it makes my eyes look somewhat downturned. I dont have scleral show, and it might be due to lack of sleep but in the meantime id like to know what i can do to fix it (non surgically preferably)
