You need surgery to hit mtn bro, I think for now definetly grow your hair out to completely cover your forehead and sides of your face definetly proper eyebrow grooming and shave the mustache right away. You also have a bad nose width to lip ratio which is nerfing, you could technically do lip cutting but i would not recommend that at all. Skin looks good maybe hop on oral minoxidil for better lashes and brows
