Depends you could go for orthodontics eg (braces mandible expander palate expander)
Only works if your young
Then if you're older 15-17 try igf 1 des in your masseter muscle risky if you don't know what you doing if you can't use it use igf 1 lr3 this is systemic with hard gum chewing (for both)
Best method are jaw implants and bimax
