how to fix lower thirds? (or atleast improve until i can hardmax)

I am 16 male pretty terrible lower thirds, obviously need rhino and wider mouth for better mouth to nose ratio, but i have a quite horrible philtrum to chin ratio (see photo below) anything i can do to fix that would be much appreciated, aswell as other part of my face that might stand out to you. im not to keen on diy chin fillers and would rather wait till i turn 18 and get professional surgeries, thank you for any info

other details.
-only real peptides/injections i use right now are hgh
-i do softmax religiously
-yes i know my eye area is cooked im working on it

Sadly there’s not really much you can do for lower third other than andorgens like tren or test to hope on growing bones there.
