It's better to get mastic gum and chew for exemple 2 pieces on strong side and 4 pieces on weak side, with ur method u can cause assymetry in the weak side, that s why when u have muscle imbalance u don't correct it by only training the weak side

I have uneven masseters from developing through puberty with tmj on right side. I just try not to use left side and eat everything with right side. After 6ish months there is a little progress and im at a point if I dont flex them you cant see the asymmetry
