how to fix maxilla?

Headgear won't work by itself. It only works with MARPE/MASPE, which widens the maxilla. If your maxilla is already wide, then no orthodontist in their right mind will expand it further just for forward growth. And if they somehow do agree to expand your maxilla further, it'll just leave you looking uncanny and worse anyway.

You could larp sleep apnea and breathing problems for double jaw surgery but its kinda hard to since you already have a wide maxilla. All you could realistically do is get Lefort. But the smile lines and nose tip can be reduced drastically by just getting leaner and not being a fat chud.
