How to fix midface projection?

Title, wondering about this because I may do bimax and I don't wanna look retarded after. The upper and lower jaws are moved forward but the midface is left behind ofc right? Midface implants the only way to fix this?

There are other ways to approach the middle part of the face, from lefort 2 (jfl) and one such "lefort 1 quadrangular", which is basically a modified bimax that covers more of the middle part of the face (not all).

In the same way, I think that quadrangular lefort + implants, or bimax + implants would be optimal.
