Retinol and getting lean. (If you’re not already lean and your face isn’t clear then ur nose may be inflamed so don’t result to surgery immediately)

im still in the early puberty i have acne and blackheads(already working on it) and im using retinoic acid(tretinoin)
i can get leaner ty
