Sunglasses (look for UV protection and polarized. If you can affored polarization in the lens, try maui jim, they're the best, if not look for UV and normal polarization), sunscreen (spf 30+ min), sleep, lower stress. Try glycolic acid toner under the eye to thicken the skin there. But you have high cheekbones, your dark circles are not that big of a problem at least in those pics.
