My lower eyelid sucks, especially the left one.
What can i do? Blepharoplasty? fat grafting?

lower eyelid retraction and canthoplasty from what i can see would serve you well. You could also do upper eyelid fillers for some hooding but it looks ok as is.

do you open your eyes wide in that pic? looks prey. but UUE is probably even worse then in resting positions. also stroma when it comes out. your eye color is very dull looking and not at all striking

Not exactly, lower eyelid is rare in europe sadly, blepha is mostly for saggy skin
