it's obvious, Your white part of the eye relative to your pupil is low

Do you think lipofilling can fix eye bags ?

Maybe it´s because of my eyelashes that cover the sclera between external canthus and iris

Not required, Using volufinine for under eyes and Ice spooning will fix it, Also try ice hooding to reduce upper eyelid

More likely because of upper eyelid that's drooping down, Eyelashes actually gives a perception of higher PFL as you can see in my case

Nope, Quite the opposite it can make your eyes look close set

Because actually my eyes seem wide set but my esr is quite normal
