How to fix my eyebrow shape (with pictures)

Okay so its been a very long time since i noticed that my current eyebrow shape isnt that ideal (doesnt suit my face as good) and i am wondering how i can make them straight like in the following example (before and after photoshop picture), can it be achieved with just oral minox and grooming them?
