How to fix my eyes

The sad part of surgery is that once your big flaws are fixed (in my case, tiny chin and huge nose), your other flaws become more apparent. And also you are now blackpilled and unsatisfied with your appearance perpetually. In my case its my assymetrical, ethnic eyes. I am hispanic, yet look middle eastern or Indian due to my eyes:

Left side (more bulgy eye due to underdeveloped bone structure after malocclusion caused all the pressure from chewing to exclusively be on my right side)

Right side (strong bone development)

You can see that both eyes are distinctly bad in their own ways. Left eye is the classic "bug eye" and is much more shallow set. The difference is crazy when I feel it with my fingers. The right side is the stoner eye, giving a tired appearance. This assymetry is the worst part of it all. Snapchatting or facetiming girls is hell because selfies make it 10x more apparent than in the mirror. I only look down when Snapchatting my face because it helps, but its still apparent. Heres what that looks like:

As you can see the right side of my jaw is much larger and developed, which only accentuates my assymetry (not a big concern for me though). Can anyone recommend me some surgeries? Not what it would take to give me good looking eyes, just average or in the acceptable range.

my girlfriend says I look like al pacino lol. similar nose and face shape. Im definitely in no way more handsome, his eyes mog mine and he has way better pheno. I am 4 inches taller tho.

Look up the thread from Best of the Best where the OP shows cantho/blepheroplasty results from Vrcek (who's based in Dallas I believe). A consult wouldn't hurt. I also know of David Sammimi/ Eyesthetica in Santa Monica, but haven't seen before and afters from them.

I have a good eye area, just some upper lid exposure when tired (which most people have), and slight ptosis in one eye (one eyelid drooping more than the other). I went to a local surgeon (big city in SoCal, not LA) thinking it was in the class of simpler procedures like otoplasty, considering it can be done with local anesthetic. Results were disappointing- completely fixed the problematic eyelid but now its the other one that's slightly off lol. Went back to the same surgeon to get his take on a revision, and got second opinions from surgeons specialized in the eye area (who I should've sought out in the first place, but this was before my autistic researching on sites like this and I didn't know surgical specialization gets THAT niche); they all agreed the problem was one of my brows resting a couple mms higher than the other, and they all pushed a brow lift (something I'm really shopping around for/researching, because it has greater potential than a blepheroplasty to drastically alter your appearance).

I share all that just to save you the headache of potentially dropping the $5-7k for bleph/ptosis repair, and later it turns out you should've gone with a different procedure. Go to multiple doctors for consults, get multiple opinions.

look brah yes hunter PSL god eyes would be ideal, but your are not completely fucked like they are still deep set and it doesn't seem like you have terrible IPD either or any just horrible traits also girls don't really gaf about eye area. its just a subconscious thing and only really helps to get scouted by some PSL autist faggot jew for a modeling contract.

Thank you for the genuinely helpful advice. Ive veen considering going to Vrcek for a while now. And my EXACT problem is that the brow ridge on my better eye is much, much lower than the brow ridge on my other eye, giving one eye more UEE. I will look into a brow lift. Thanks.

i get what you mean, and yeah idgaf about psl ratings. My main problem is what it looks like when I take selfies or on a facetime call. We live in a digital age, its very common to be seen from that angle.

Btw I see from your other post that you’re also in San Diego. Idk if you’re comfortable sharing what local surgeon you were considering, but I went to Sirius Yoo at Sky Facial in North County (he tends to be conservative, I’ve gotten decent results with the stuff I’ve had done with him, but if I had it to do over again, I might’ve gone somewhere else. He’s great as an injector though).

From what I’ve seen, it looks like you’d have to look outside of San Diego for any decent occuloplastic surgeon i.e. LA or Vrcek. Although I wouldn’t have thought you could get the results that you did from some maxfac here, they seem to mostly shill implants
