Proof bonesmashing works

correct. you also did recommend a boxing punch to the face lmao.
As a joke but it unironically might have been more effective than what you actually did.

In the best case scenario the difference is minimal / mild, and that's highly debatable. There's no evidence that these things work.

There is one that I will admit is decent and that's masseter muscle hypertrophy but even that can look uncanny.

All this eyelid pulling, mewing, bone smashing thumb pullimg, ice holding is cope. People are clinging onto every least cope. You guys are really hanging by a thread. You aren't truly blackpilled until you accept this fundamental truth. Basics above all.
yes i absolutely agree with you basics above all. however saying all of those methods (besides ice holding idk what that is) is cope is absolutely false. you literally said it would give minimal effects and if you know anything about looksmaxing minimal things can make or break a face. combining all of these minimal things will create a very significant impact.

soft tissue is not involved in this. i hit the NASION BONE. you have no proof it doesn’t work besides for you not believing it lmao
U saying u just have straight up bone with no other tissues there? :lul:

Also search up anecdotal evidence.

And at least post pics.

not saying there isn’t an extremely small amount of tissue there but there is all over your face. after 6 months the inflammation or whatever you are saying would have calmed down and it would have been temporary if bonesmashing didn’t work. it is the literal bone that grew i can feel it in my nose. it is absolutely not tissue. i can find pictures for you

also this is based of experience for my evidence but literally go to any forum on here and will explain the science behind how it works. you can also ask an ai model such as chat got and it will literally tell you it works

Please do post pics. But i dont believe bonesamshing really does much besides fucking up your muscles, blood vessels and nerves. You don't know how much force to apply, it's very unlikely to have good results because of this, if any. You're just going to get disfigured.

Also, in 99.99% cases just because it works for someone doesn't mean it works for everybody as I mentioned, it's common knowledge.

that would be true that it only works for me if i was something like a case study. i am in nearly perfect health and have nothing that would effect bone growth and adaptation. please research the science behind it aswell. wolf’s law.

I understand the concept behind it, trust me. You're one of the people who knows the surface level shit and a basic definition of wolfs law, but not much else.

chatgpt would say it doesn't work

Yeah, that's the thing, not evebody is the same.

And I know all about wolfs law. It doesnt work in this case because of the things i mentioned.

please ask chat gpt right now it says it works and would grow the bone. however it does say that it could cause asymmetry if you do it wrong. andddd the only way it would cause asymmetry is if it’s growing the bone more on one said than the other

Man we just going in circles atp. I told you my reasons, if you did more research you would see why im saying it doenst work.

Also this is what chatgpt said: Bonesmashing is not a legitimate or scientifically supported practice. It is often referenced in certain myths, internet claims, or even alternative medicine circles, but there is no evidence to suggest that intentionally causing damage to bones or applying excessive force has any health benefits.
In fact, attempting to "smash" or cause harm to bones can result in serious injuries, fractures, or long-term damage to bones and surrounding tissues. For bone health, it's recommended to focus on balanced nutrition (calcium, vitamin D), regular exercise (weight-bearing activities like walking, running, or strength training), and proper medical care if needed. If you're looking for a way to improve bone strength or manage a condition, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional for guidance.

alright bro we don’t have to argue nm but that’s some confirmation bias from you. if you ask it it will tell you that wolf’s law can be applied to increase the bone mass. thanks tho

You know that’s not true lol

I’m unknown
