How to fix my hypothyroidism

My dad was like boarderline hypothyroid, I have lot of symptoms, dry skin, cold hands or feet (sometimes), low body temp (97.6 often).
Also basically everyone in the modern world is hypothyroid to some extent.

Any tips, I don’t want to just take t3 because it will fuck up my natural production (if this is false tell me) and I would like everything to be healthy and work normally.

I’m athletic I workout run/gym most days and eat pretty healthy meat eggs milk cheese potatoes fruit water orange juice and some carbs ofc (bread pasta ets…) I don’t get that much son exposure for a lot of the year but I take d3.

Any tips for what I need to do To make a big difference.

Look into NDT therapy OP I’m about to start, it’s the non synthetic shit but I’m pretty sure my doctor said that you can just hop off at anytime or when symptoms stop and it doesn’t nuke the natural levels

nigger my body tempature is 93.5 max throughout the day. dont complain, wear 10 layers and wait till summer for your thyroid to come back to normal. it goes hypo for the winter because we somewhat "hybernate" to hold on to weight as we used to back in the day.
for cold hands and feet, yea unless you have neuropathy like me then youre probably slightly hypo. my jewcucktor said im all good because my "tsh" is between 0.5 and 5 normal range should be .8-1.6 but tsh is irrelevant anyway

maybe true, i got tested at 1.39 but its summer now my temp is usually at least 98

imma start taking my moms levo and t3 tbh. if the jew cucktors wont give me it ill get it myself or buy some online. is armour thyroid better?

Idek But do basic bloodwork at least.

No reason not to try tho, if t3 helps a lot then you probably found your problem.
