no i mean the the negative line going from my canthus. Im also considering bleph, but idk if It would be necessary after another surgery.

It can be caused by fucked collagen in which case its just loose skin amd microneedling and things like ghk-cu can help

But since youre likely young i doubt thats the issue and it just being your fat distribution seems most likely, bleph would be needed
